Questions we get asked

Are these prices final?
They are starting prices for the service as described, and they are what the overwhelming majority of clients pay. Very long or very thick hair sometimes needs extra product and time; if that applies to you, your stylist will tell you before starting, not at the till.
Why is a balayage three hours when a slot is thirty minutes?
Thirty minutes is just the size of the grid. Each service is booked as however many consecutive slots it genuinely needs — six of them for a full balayage — and the online calendar will only offer you a start time where that whole stretch is free.
What is included in a cut?
A consultation, a wash, the cut itself and a full finish with styling. We would rather talk for ten minutes first than fix something afterwards.
Do you charge for a consultation?
No. Color and extensions consultations are free and carry no obligation — you leave with a written quote and a plan, and you are welcome to think about it.
